Return/Replacement Policy

 

• Replacement against manufacturing defect only.

• The customer needs to raise a replacement request by writing to shrinesports.online@gmail.com within 7 days from the receipt of the product.

• We do not currently entertain order cancellations or returns.

• If however, under any circumstance, the order needs to be cancelled (before shipping only, once shipped order cannot be cancelled), kindly write to the above mentioned email I’d.

• Be assured that we are constantly striving to serve our customers in the best possible manner and any issues will be handled with utmost importance.

• Please note, with respect to any return/replacement, the decision taken by Shrine Sports Distributors will be final and binding at all times.

• Any disputes will be subjected to Meerut Jurisdiction only.
