Shipping Policy

All products are shipped between 2-3 days of the order being placed.
As soon as the order is shipped , a shipping confirmation email is sent to customer's email id along with the tracking details .
For made to order or products not in regular stock like TT Table , Foosball table , Carrom boards etc , please expect a shipping time of 7-10 days .
In case of any delays/updates in shipping , customer shall be immediately informed.
In case of non-availability of products ordered or in case of failure to ship the product due to any reason , customer can chose to use the credit to buy anything from the store or can request a refund .
Be assured that we are constantly striving to serve our customers in the best possible manner and any issues will be handled with utmost importance.
Please note, with respect to any return/replacement, the decision taken by Shrine Sports Distributors will be final and binding at all times.
Any disputes will be subjected to Meerut Jurisdiction only.
Covid Specific Policy : Please expect unwarranted delays/cancellations. Products will only be shipped to areas not under lock down or where our shipping partners are currently operating .
